HUXWRX HX-QD 762The Huxwrx HX-QD 762 is a rugged and durable suppressor made with the proven Flow-Through baffle system. The design and development were born from the U.S. Army’s CSASS and SDMR requirements. The HX-QD 762 is hearing-safe, full-auto rated, and cross-platform compatible.Blowback is nearly nonexistent. With the Huxwrx HX-QD 762, gasses travel in a different manner than traditional silencers. The helical pattern causes gasses to move forward and eventually exit through the front of the silencer after cooling. In addition to reduced blowback, it also helps to keep the silencer secure onto the mount. Backpressure reduction is important for many reasons. It keeps the bolt moving at a normal speed without increased velocity, maintains a natural cyclic rate in select-fire weapons, prevents premature wear and tear on parts, and allows the firearm to function much cleaner. Suppressed firearms generally require much more aggressive cleaning schedules, but with the HX-QD 762 the shooter won’t have to spend extra time cleaning to ensure proper function.
