The Mojave 9 is modular in length. The short configuration (5.89″, 8.2 oz) is for when size matters, and the long configuration (7.64″, 9.6 oz) is for when you want the most impressive 9mm dB reduction. Low-backpressure suppressors have exploded in popularity, and Dead Air is throwing its hat into the ring with the Mojave 9. This suppressor is designed to be ultra-low blowback, giving the shooter a much more pleasant experience. Reducing particulate and toxic gases to the shooter isn’t the only advantage. The reduced backpressure also allows firearms to cycle cleaner and more naturally. The unique Triskelion baffle design is created through DMLS additive manufacturing (3D printing) using 6AL-4V titanium. This design pushes the limits of at-the-ear dB reduction while maintaining excellent sound at the muzzle, something that wasn’t possible previously due to limitations with traditional manufacturing. The Dead Air Mojave 9 delivers quiet, clean, and versatile suppression on pistols, PCCs, and sub-guns. It uses the P-Series mounting system, making it compatible with P-Series pistons, 3-Lug adapters, and KeyMicro mounts.
